Daniel is an experienced international TA Leader with over 15 years of experience. Currently a Director of TA at Vonage, he leads end to end TA delivery and execution across the globe. Daniel is passionate about excellent experiences for manager, candidate and TA partner alike and is committed to enabling fair and equitable hiring practices.
Daniel primarily spends his spare time with his young family and dogs – whilst enjoying learning Korean as a way to keep his brain active!
What’s a recent professional achievement of yours that you are proud of?
I have 2, one is speaking at RecFest for the first time. This is a key milestone for my professional career as I look to do more public speaking in the future, and this was the first stage I have spoken on (outside of RL100). The 2nd is receiving the highest engagement score of my time as leader to date!
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
My prediction for the industry is that TA will continue to be a strategic enabler for business growth and optimisation, and I see us beginning to play more of a role in internal talent strategies to bring the external view point. I equally predict that whilst AI will play an important part of how we deliver – I do not see it taking significant amounts of roles and responsibilities from the human experience.
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
2026 will be focused on AI enablement, system transformation and candidate experience.
