Andrea wants to help to raise the profile of recruitment as a rewarding and fascinating career. She’s been in recruitment for over 20 years and is a self proclaimed “total geek” as it fascinates her so she has never had a boring day! Outside of work, Andrea is a petrolhead and loves anything to do with cars and is a proud mum of 3 boys and a boisterous cocker spaniel.

What’s a professional achievement of yours from 2024 that you are proud of?

The % increase in our diversity data which can be a big challenge to achieve in this industry as well as a big drop in agency expenditure

How has the RL Community/helped you this year?

The RL Community has provided a great support network of knowledgeable people who share their ideas and knowledge, the events have really helped me to shape my strategy in my role as well as increase my network and development

What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

That we will need to continue to demonstrate the value we add and to understand the impact of AI and how we can utilise it effectively
