RL Middle East

Since its launch in 2023, the RL Middle East community has experienced exponential growth. We now proudly host over 100 TA Directors with MENA, EMEA, and global remits. Our members hail from leading Middle Eastern privately owned companies, global organizations, and government entities

RL Middle East has successfully held six summits both in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) which have provided a unique platform for in-depth conversations focusing on the current challenges within the TA function and how collaboration can effectively address these challenges.

The summits feature carefully crafted agendas which include keynote presentations and panel discussions which encourage knowledge sharing and valuable conversation amongst the community of TA Leaders in the region.

As the Middle East approaches Vision 2030 (UAE and KSA), it is clear that the region is on track to become a global hub for cutting-edge technology, culture, business, innovation, and quality of life—all of which have people at their core. Conversations around Emiratisation and Saudization remain at the forefront of collective TA Directors’ agendas. The RL Middle East community has been instrumental in sharing best practices, advice, and ongoing initiatives that support meeting government-set targets.
