Rebecca Oldham is Director of Talent Acquisition at Mastercard, with experience spanning Europe, EEMEA, and global remits. What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?

Recruiters will become more consultative and strategy focused (data focused) as administration becomes automated.

Recruiting roles more broadly will change (we’ll have more experience owners, and technical employees in the team managing AI tools)
