Ran contracting and sourcing teams before coming in house at CocaCola Enterprises where I ran European Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Engineering recruitment functions. Then moved to Healthcare in GSK and Gilead Science in Global TA and Mobility roles, predominantly working on projects.

Transformed the global TA and Mobility functions, rolled out a Global RPO and completed a MSc in Major Programnes at Oxford
What is your prediction for the future of the TA industry?
Demand for skilled candidate will increase and entry level roles will decrease. AI will be used in new and exciting ways such as knowledge transfer and candidate experience etc
What projects are you planning on working on in 2026?
Candidate experience, new CRM + screening tech and enhanced branding + internal mobility
