Jonathan feels lucky to be in Talent for all of his career – from crazy telco and IT agencies that took me around the world and corporate since 2006. A big passion in his space is leadership enablement. Jonathan believes that tech can take us a long way in TA, yet a poor experience has the power to kill a brand.

What is your prediction for the TA industry for 2025?

A lot more focus on the experience. Tech is a tool not an answer. The hype in AI will plateau so TA will focus on hyper personalised experiences
