Resourcing Leaders 100 is a community with its heart firmly at the core of the Talent Acquisition Industry. More than simply an Events Company, we’re building on our success in the UK and US to create a network, a movement, a group of people who are forward-looking, innovators, sharing, supportive, and – in some cases –  disruptors! Not simply for those with TA as their job title, we’re building a group of people who understand that the Future of Work is changing and so must Human Resource Management.

During the past 7 years we have hosted a range of meetups, conferences, think tanks, and festivals, designed to support senior leaders in their roles. We’ve collaborated to make changes to legislation, and co-created assets to help build capability in TA. We’ve shared insight to help members buy best-in-class technologies and services, and we’ve championed inclusivity in Neurodiversity, Generational Parity, and beyond. We believe this approach to be unique, progressive, and a dynamic way for busy leaders to develop their careers.
